RBR50 Router Won't Stop Pulsing White

Question

Was having an issue with a Roku device.&nbsp; Restarted my modem.&nbsp; Upon restarting the modem, the RBR50 blinked white at first and then pulses white.&nbsp; It stayed that way for about 15 mintues.&nbsp; Tried to do a factory reset by using a paper clip.&nbsp; The power light blinked amber as indicated it would, but the pulsing whilte never stopped.&nbsp; I am at a loss at what to try next.&nbsp; Wondering if my entire Orbi system is now fried.&nbsp;&nbsp;Would appreciate any help that can be given.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Added info.&nbsp; Still pulsing white.&nbsp; However, Roku devices will connect while it is pulsing white and can stream, but phones, laptops, etc. will not stream.&nbsp; All connect, but some without "internet."&nbsp; &nbsp;Now I am really confused.&nbsp;&nbsp;
