Can't acces mij router anymore by using the genie app. Worked fine earlier. Extern acces cant find connection. Did you changed something in basic settings?

Get a little bit sick of it. router is for my need, and i'm not there for the router.
Did a factory-reset and now it's working.
Had to change all my settings again, but that was just a little time compare all the time i tried.
Too bad my samsung app Genie doesn't work now anymore.
think it's a bug in the latest update. when i use extern connection he says there is no internet.
tried it on another phone but same problem there.
has nothing to do with username and/or password.
the genie app on my ipad works fine with extern connection.
at last....
i wonder why i type this all. community forum looks at a diarybook where nobody can look .

Hi NETGEAR,
I have the same problem. I just received and installed my R7000 today and upgraded to the latest firmware (V1.0.7.2_1.1.93). I have created a MyNETGEAR account now try to register my device with ReadyCloud through the router administration page. It keeps stating 'Registration failed. Please check your user name and password and try again.' also with a password with no special characters. My user name is my e-mail address. Logging into the http://readycloud.netgear.com/ website works fine.
I look forward to using the ReadyCloud service. Please help me with this problem.
