Does Netgear R7000 router cycle in any way once every 60 seconds?

    Greetings,

    The router doesn't "cycle" in any way.  It runs continiously.  

     

    Yours must have something going on with it.

     

    Power supply, incomplete / corrupt firmware, etc.

     

    You should be able to turn wireless broadcasts on or / off individually.

     

    Start by performing a full factory reset.

    Wait several minutes and check the logs

    If the system is restarting if that's what "cycling" means, you will see it.

     

    Can you now turm your 5G wireless broadcast on?

    If not, re-flash 109.88 and retest, following the steps above.  

    I'm running 1.0.9.42 on my R7000 which I am confident is stable.  Try going back to it.

    Retest again.

    Ensure all wireless boradcasts can be changed, edited, turned off / on, etc

    Once done, you can monitor

    Once normal operation is established, if the device continues to restart, you should test the power supply with an ohms meter.
