What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

As for the re-load, I won't be able to do that very soon. Since last time I loaded the FM caused a few hours without internet connection, got quite a lot of complaints from my family.
One of my two R7000s has been on v134 for 3 weeks and it has been working well. Here's a few comments:
1. My GUI sub-menu under the ADVANCED tab is wrong about 50% of the time, as described in the previous posts, but clicking my browser (chrome) refresh several times fixes it for the remainder of the session.
2. My 5ghz WiFi is solid. I leave two PCs connected 24/7 over 5ghz with their "connect automatically" unchecked and they never disconnect. I've seen the numerous R7000 user reports of 5ghz problems for years but for some unknown reason, many users, like me, don't have those problems. A mystery. It might be a hardware bug activated by certain FW versions.
3. Question: How do I access the R7000 DEBUG page referred in the previous posts?
