Sounds a Chromecast device that is failing to connect to your wifi.
After your reply I checked our one chromecast device which kicked an error connecting to the network. After getting it back on-line the WIFI connection disappeared from the GENIE app and stopped showing up as a possible connection from the phone. Thanks!
I'm still confused why the GENIE app showed it? I thought the GENIE app would only show WIFI connections I configured in the router.
