Not connecting to internet/ Nighthawk x10 r9000
Help! I’ve had this router for a while now and recently got starlink, so I connected starlink to the router, but now I want to switch back to the old internet. When using the app to setup the router, ...
Are you directly connecting the R9000 to the starlink incoming signal?
Or is it ran through the starlink provided router? (what router is it)
It’s connected straight to the net gear router, but I am trying to connect the old internet back and I don’t want to use the starlink internet anymore.

What are you trying to do, go back to an old Internet service? A different ISP? Change the hardware you are using?
You need to provide some useful details of your equipment and what you are doing.
You need something to connect your R9000 to the Internet. What do you plan to use?
- I connected the starlink satellite to the net gear router, but I am having problems with starlink so I want to put my old internet back onto the net gear router but when o am setting it up it says wires connected but internet not connecting.

We still don't know how you connect to the Internet. You have to plug the R9000 into whatever does that.
Have you asked you Internet service provider how you should connect a router to its hardware?

We aren't there to see whats going on so actual model numbers/devices specifics and how you're setting them up help.
