Hey! Sorry to bother, but did you ever figure out what was causing this? I'm having the exact same issue on Discord for both the PC Desktop App and iphone app.

    What model NG router do you have? XR700?

     

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Is your PC or devices wireless or wire connected to the router?
