Re: R7960p Router will not update firmware

Question

Router will not update to latest firmware. Currently running V1.4.1.50_1.3.10. All attempts to update including downloading the update manually have failed. Receive message “unable to connect to netgear server”. The modem then reboots. I have automatic updates enabled in the advanced router update section on the router but it does not automatically update.&nbsp;
