Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

Does the top Internet LED turn AMBER when this happens?
Who is the ISP your connected with?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Is IPv6 enabled on the router?
As a suggestion, put a usb FAN under the router for additional cooling.

Who is the ISP your connected with? LUS Fiber (Louisiana Lafayette Local utility system)
What Firmware version is currently loaded? No longer have new firmware for my router
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? I am not sure but I guess ALCATEL
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. Yes good CAT6

So when the router goes out, does this effect both wired and wireless connected devices?
Can you access the routers web page at all when this happens?
How many devices are connected to the router at one time?
What channels are you using on the router?
Any other features enabled on the router like Guest Network?
Try seet a different DNS configuration from ISP Auto detected. Use Cloudfare or Quad9.
Might try the router at a different location like a friend or family's place to see if problem follows.
