I tried to update the firmware, and then downgraded to V1.0.2.82_2.0.52 and did a factory reset. However, this has had no effect. The light on the router still burn, but its not actually providing an internet connection over the cable.
are you using the stock settings or have you changed them? factory reset?
also does your wifi provide a connection? possible outage on your providers end?

I have tried a factory reset, but that made no difference. And the WiFi works fine, there was no problem with that, so it shouldn't be on the providers end.
However, the problem now seems to have resolved itself? Somehow? So maybe downgrading has helped and it just needed some time.
