Ready cloud Register the usb hardware not working

So i am trying the register my usb drive with redycloud but no luck. i read many threats on this side but no have the solution. 

i can log in to https://readycloud.netgear.com but every time i do that i got the following message 

Currently you have no registerd or shaer drive

balabalabala

so i go to my router admin account and try to register 

every time i put the username and password it tell me your username and password is not correct.

i talk to the costomer support and there answer is, you pass your 90 days warenty so they can not help unless i buy the tec support servise. 

i already try the following 

reset my router with new and old firmwear 

creat a new account and still no luck 

I am not suer what ells i can do 

I have this service working for last 2 years but because there IOS app dosent work very welli have to unregister the drive to register backso that i can use the ready clod app 

But that is my biggest mistake 

Any help will be really appreciated
