Ready Share Not Seeing Files

My router firmware is V1.0.2.84.

 

I am attempting to use Ready Share for the first time so I'm probably missing something.  I set up Ready Share initially on my Windows 2000 PC.  It works great with that.  However, I wanted to access the same files with my Windows 10 PC and that's where the trouble starts.  My W10 PC sees the directories, but none of the files.  My W10 PC will not let me write to Ready Share either.  Is this a Ready Share issue or is it a Windows 10 not wanting to talk to Windows 2000 files issue?  Am I trying to do something that cannot be done?

    How is the router configured with the USB drive? 
    I presume the router sees the USB drive connected? 

    What is the size of the USB drive?

      Thanks for the reply.  I found my issue.  I failed to map a drive.  Did that and now everything works great!  It's really amazing!  I can now save files from my Windows 10 PC and save files from my Windows 2000 PC on the same drive!  Changes my world!  Thanks!
