ReadyCloud on Android not connecting over cellular network, but connects over wifi.

ReadyCloud on Android not connecting over cellular network, but connects over wifi.
I get a error message saying "broken pipe", only when connected via cellular network. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    That's a bit short on helpful details.

     

    Have you set up the cloud based "Anywhere Access" option?

     

    What is this "Android"?

     

    Firmware in the R7800? Android App version?
