ReadyNAS 424_Rsync enable for real time data synchronaization

Question

Dear Team,&nbsp;We have installed cctv surveillance setup with netgear NAS ( ReadyNAS 424 ) storage for one of our clinet location.&nbsp;Now thier requirement is the NAS stored data need to take backup for another one Storage device for real time backup. Like what data stored in Netgear NAS that same has to store in another storage (backup device) its like real time synchorization for both the device.&nbsp;We checked and found the backup option but its based on shedule backup or manually we should do every time. But our requierment is it should happen in real time backup.&nbsp;Please suggest the configuartion for this requirement.&nbsp;NAS Model :&nbsp;ReadyNAS 424NAS Firmware version :&nbsp;6.10.1&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
