ReadyNAS access problems
Hi there,
I have a number of ReadyNAS NV+ v2, and in the last month or so I have started to get problems accessing these.
I am using these ReadyNAS servers at home and have setup shares for file access and backups. This without password protection as these are all in a home environment.
Lately I have started to experience access problems where one or more PC/Laptop lose access to one or more of these servers.
This problem is happening not only in my home, but also happen in two other locations with different pc's.
I suspect that this might be related to some Windows update.
Some Symptoms:
- When I lose the connection I might be able to reconnect by rebooting the ReadyNAS and/or the PC/Laptop.
- One PC might lose connection, while another still are able to connect.
- Connection
- My Netgear EVA9150 Mediaplayer never lose connection, only window devices.
- After reboot, one Windows PC might allow access to a mapped drive, while another PC suddenly ask me to "enter network credentials" (which I do not have).
Needless to say, I have the latest firmware etc. and these servers have been working flawlessly for years until these connection problems started happening in the last couple of Months.
Anyone else experiencing such problems with their ReadyNAS lately?
Any ideas?
