I had already tried that but I tried it again just in case. I'm still getting the same error. Sadly I do not have another computer to try this out on. My MacBook Pro is a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), Processor: 2.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, and 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 of Memmory. I don't know if that will help out but I wanted to provide any information that I can to help resolve the issue.

What OSX version is the Mac running?
Are you accessing the drive using this proces?

I am running macOS Big Sur version 11.6.1.
Yes. As far as I can tell I am accessing the drive per the link provided.

I also just disconnected the drive from the router and plugged it into my computer to verify that everything is working on the drive correctly. The drive is functioning how it should with no problems. After reconnecting it to the router the problem is back.

Wondering if there is a access problem between the ReadyShare and OSX. I've heard some information that newer OSX versions can be problematic with SMB shares...
I'd reach out to NG support and see if there is any information they might help with.
