redirect a hostname to a ip?

i have a netgear r7000 and i was wondering if i can redirect a certain host name to a ip? i want to redirect nba2k17-ws.2ksports.com to a certain public ip address. So if any device on the network goes to that hostname, it gets redirected to the public ip of my choice. Is this possible?

    This would not be a redirect, much more a DNS A record. Nothing you can do like that on a R7000 with the Netgear provided firmware.
