Remote DST not functioning properly now?

The router and DST were installed/setup by Geek squad January '16. All worked fine until about a month ago when I noticed that if I changed WiFi points from the router to the DST the device would try and connect but not. I powered the DST on/off, that didn't work. I'm almost positive that the same two status led's on the DST (green and amber) are solid and the same color as when the DST was connecting w/the iPhone.
Any suggestions?

Resolved.
The Geek Squad remote session. The device was not seeing/connecting with the router through the home power grid. After a reinstall of all associated functions and a firmware update all is now working correctly.
