Remove Product from my Account

Hi, i have disconnect my Nighthawk R7000P router and replaced it with an Orbi system.  I need to remove and/or derigester it from my account.  I can't open a support ticket as I have no warranty.  I can't find any way to do so through support or my account, which is rediculous.    I also have the EAX20 wifi mesh extender I need to remove/de-register and can't figure out a way to do that either. Can anyone help?
