Repeater Mode

   What, exactly, does "Repeater Mode" mean to you?

   Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Look for "repeater".  I saw
approximately nothing.

   Perhaps it would help if you revealed the actual problem which you
are trying to solve, instead of bouncing around from one (bad?) idea to
another, trying to do who-knows-what.

You want to use the R9000 as a wifi repeater?

There is a manual for the R9000 somewhere at the end of this link:

This has none of the usual keywords, or diagrams, for that use. It will operate as a wired access point. See page 62.
