Repeater Netgear R7000

Why are you mixing? 
If you're have a deco mesh system, you should be adding their satellites. Not trying to make a r7000 work.

Why do you want to do this?

To make the wifi go further or to use the USB ports on the R7000 for storage?

To extend the wifi make the, read the bits in the R7000 manual Set Up the Router in Bridge Mode and Set Up a Wireless Distribution System.

You'll have to check the manuals for the Deco E4 to get that to play ball. It may not be possible. Not all routers support these modes.

If it is a case of using the USB ports for storage drives, for example, go the section in the manual Use the Router as a Wireless Access Point.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

If you don't need the wifi from the R7000  maybe the Deco E4 is good enough –  you can turn it off.
