Problem is SOLVED......... Defective router right out of the box... Thanks QA.
I took it back and upgraded to the AC2600 hooked right up no issues.... Who is QA at Netgear....???!?!?!

The modem is connected to router by a lan cable from the lan port of the modem to he yellow internet port of the router correct ?

I hate when that happens it is the hardest thing to find at first you know the router is new and the network work before you replaced the router so where it did go wrong goes through your head.
All the it is the thing think can not be.

I beat my head against the wall for hours cause someone in QA didnt properly test it before the product went out the door.
