Responds to ping but no longer launches login screen (i.e. is now inaccessible)

On input of ip address (192.168.0.1) using chrome, edge and firefox browsers would provide login screen but router then started to respond intermittently then finally became silent except replying to pings.

Can access with Genie App installed on pc and iPhone which says Firmware is up to date V.1.0.0.66 but this Genie App has no provision for advanced settings e.g. changing the router's ip address or adding static routes etc.

Continues to not provide login screen after many resets (can still be pingged though).

Have gone through the rerset process using all of the three browsers chrome, edge & firefox  on each of three separate computers (MSI & ASUS notebooks and a Desktop PC) all using Windows 10, 64 bit. OS.  

Having no trouble with my other two routers (Ubiquiti & Sagemcom).
