Sorry I dont know that much about it. It seems as if the problem would have been with cox since it started when they switch the wifi. But then they said everything is good on there end. I have tried all the basic stuff. Unplugging, restarting, updating and no solution.
Cox usually has a modem for their service. I didn't know they actually had fibre to the home. Its usually fibre to a node and then coax to the home.
From my research of "Icontrol" cox, i get a lot of home security devices/automation.
So I'm more curious about what your actual setup is.
maybe it is for the home security that we have. I dont think we have a modem currently. Could that be the problem? Before we used a modem and router now it is just the router
Again, something is supplying the router.
You might have home security but something else is connected to the router. We're trying to determine if that device has its own integrated routing fuctions.

I did the same search and got the same result. Not a modem or ONT in sight. Just this security thing and a defunct (?) ISP.
I'm afraid that rwwilson03 really is going to have to dig into the cupboard under the stairs and look at the label on this thing.
Without that information, everyone is shooting in the dark. Paying for help will not suddenly make clearer the identity of this anonymous box.
Unfortunately, "FIBER wifi" is a meaningless label. (wifi isn't fibre.) Every Internet service has fibre somewhere. That's just a marketing label in many cases. It is there to persuade customers that this is a "go fast" service.
