right choice - please help

We are in Oswego NY and the wifi connections are not good, I need to contect my laptop to a travel wifi for work. Which would be the most powerful and reliable?

    Are you talking about hotspots? 
    Your curious what would be the best mobile hotspot for verizon? 

    Reason I asked is you posted in the standard router section. Not in the mobile hotspot/router forum.
