I have had several issues with my modem/router which I complained to Netgear about. After several phone calls to netgear, they approved my RMA and agreed to send me a replacement, but also request that I have to pay for advance shipping and submit a proof of purchase. I submitted a proof of purchase and paid for shipping since about 8 days ago and I still haven't heard back from netgear. I have called their CS many times, and every time I talked to a person, all they told me was to wait 24 to 48 hours for a phone call from netgear. Until now I have not received any information from netgear. I really need to know the status of this request.
