As schumaku hints, NAS is an ethernet device that will work with any other ethernet device. Just plug it into your network and hope that your PC plays ball.
I have several brands of stuff attached to my Netgear router (ReadyNAS is too expensive for me.) But Netgear router plus Netgear NAS may well give you some added extras.
