Roku Express not connecting to Netgear AC1200

Got up yesterday and roku express would not come on.   Could not determine problem so I reset Roku to factory reset.   Yes, maybe mistake.   Now it asks for network but Netgear will not show up only says MySpectrumWiFi00-2G which according to Spectrum is not the correct network.  Spectrum people say Netgear has a problem?  Roku has place to enter private network info but Spectrum people say that is not needed if correct network (netgear) will show up as connection.   Roku was showing up in Netgear system but now is not.   How do I now get Negear to recognize Roku or vice versa?   Thanks

       Doing what?  Try harder?

Because you determined that the R6120 was working correctly?  What?
    You didn't?  Perhaps you should.

In a system with two boxes, the problem is usually with one of those
boxes.  If the Roku box shows some wireless network as available, but
not the one from the R6120, then I might start to worry about the R6120.
What else works with the R6120?

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Read.  Look for the LED
descriptions and "Troubleshoot".  Pay particular attention to the "WiFi
    LED".
