router and ismart camera

I have been using the iSmart Keep camera for over two years now with no issues.  Just a few weeks ago the camera stopped responding.  I have tried resinstalling with no luck.  The netgear genie says ...

    Hi azolivas,

     

    1. How do you access the camera? Is it via the web browser or via the app?

    2. Can you see the camera under attached devices?

    3. What is the firmware version of the router?

    4. Try to reboot the router and change the channel of 2.4Ghz to 1,6 or 11.
