ROUTER AND SATELITES RED

Mesh wifi 6 router MR60 - router light is red despite several re-set efforts - seems my phone support has expired after 2 weeks - what kind of support is that!!!???

    What modem/gateway are you connecting the router to?

    What firmware is on the router?
