Thanks for your help- I agree. Yet I reinstalled my old Belkin Router - it works- yet I don't get the speed that the Netgear Router was getting.

I wonder if Suddenlink is associating your Netgear's MAC address with this other account? You could try changing your router's MAC address. You should find it under Internet Setup.
