They might be at different locations, but the one you have a screensnip of is in a double nat.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Do you have both of these routers connected to each other? If so this would be a double NAT condition:

No, they are not connected to each other.
They are at different physical addresses.

I think tonight I'll turn off the router, turn off the modem.
Wait 5 minutes.
Boot the modem, wait till it's fully up.
Then turn on the router and see if the numbers match...
I'm betting that they will....
