Router keep restarting itself whenever I download anything (example: Games)

I been having this issue where whenever i download anything heavy like a game, it would restart the wifi router every 10 minutes or so. This is getting extremely frustrated since i would not be able to download anything afaird that the wifi would just reset itself. i tried to update it and downgraded it and nothing work. i really need help on understanding what going on with this. The current firmware version is 1.0.9.88_10.2.88 (i downgraded it to 1.0.9.64_10.2.64 but it still didnt work so i updated it back to the newest version.)

    the agreed upon stable version is the 1.0.9.42 version. if you change to a different firmware on the R7000, I'd highly recommend doing it over a hardwired connection, to factory reset after the firmware change, and do a clean install (not from backup).
