So with the R7000P router online and the Orbi system turn OFF, the NH router drops the internet connection?
When this happens does the top Internet LED turn AMBER?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

-The router function of the orbi is OFF, the units are still ON in AP Mode.
-I am unsure if the LED on the NH turns amber, I will check as soon as I am home in an hour or two

-Will confirm ISP Model # once home in a few hours. Mfr is Sagecom I believe
-Have two CAT5e LAN cables running through the walls between ISP Modem and NH Router, approx 30-40ft. Initial testing when the orbi's would go down, switching cables made no difference on the drops, but this could be a separate issue with the NH.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
-This is not a wifi issue as ALL connections are dropping, including all wired connections.
-However for clarity sake I did rotate channels for both bands on the orbi system and found no difference in the drops, but again, it could be a different issue happening now on the NH
-currently 2.4Ghz is Ch6, 5.0Ghz is Ch48

-Entire cycle has been done multiple times during outages.

-NH had not been used for a few years before being setup last week. A complete factory reset was done prior to FW update and setup. Current IP config is 10.0.0.1
-Majority of devices on network are IP locked using the router to between 10.0.0.100 - 10.0.0.254
