Router keeps kicking me off games "Router R6850"

So when I play games, any game online. The router disconnects me from the game for 30 secs- 1 min. This happens every time I join a server, It only happens once or twice but happens again when I join another server my router is the R6850.

I don't know any fixes and I am not that knowledgeable about routers. I tried turning it on and off, using different dns servers, reset to factory settings, vpn. None of them worked. I would appreciate it if someone knew how to fix this.
