Router login troubles R7000
I bought a second-hand Netgear R7000. When I tried to connect to this router via routerlogin.net it shows a site with the text "Detecting if there is an existing router in your network, please wait"....

My problem occur when I try to login via a Mac (mac OS Sierra).
I tried a Windows PC and had no trouble logging in.
Once I changed the IP-address, from the router, to a static one I could logging from my Mac too!!!
So, every one thank you very much for thinking.

Open browser and enter 192.168.1.1 into the URL location and if you get a prompt for a userID and password use admin and password, that should get you in. If not, try 192.168.0.1 and see if that works.
Doesn't, open a CMD prompt and enter IPCONFIG /ALL and look at the Gateway IP Address. If it isn't one on the above, try that.

I did those things already. I keep getting this annoying message. It seems like the router can't take this hurdle.
My router has IP 192.168.1.1 and I have 192.168.1.2

The router may not be in router mode. Reset it before trying to do anything.

As you say you already did the reset, maybe you have just discovered the delights of second-hand kit.
Do you know that it worked when you bought it?

What is the GATEWAY IP Address?
