Router Login

I am trying to change the QoS settings in my router.  Nighthawk AC1900 Smart WiFi R7000.   When I try to use  www,routerlogin.net  all I get is a page on changing my password. If I go through the fill-ins, it takes me back to the same reset password page.

 

How do I get to my router settings?

    usually it pulls that up if you're not entering the correct password and it takes you to password recovery. Problem with password recovery is if you didn't set it up (or don't get the questions right) it still asks but just loops because there isn't a correct answer. 

    If thats the case, you'd need to factory reset to get back in. 

     

    Occassionally we see it with browser issues. 

    Have you tried a different browser/pc?

    How are you trying to get in? Wired device? Wifi? Something else?
