Router not working and have no idea what to do
- Nov 16, 2017
Hi tgrstarr,
The internet light is amber which means the router does not have internet connection. Connect your computer first to the modem and make sure it has internet connection. If it has internet connection, follow the KB below.

Are you using an Android phone? I've seen this before where the phone establishes a connection but you cannot access the internet.
Go onto wifi settings, select your wifi connection and choose 'forget network'. Then refresh and try to connect again. It will ask you for the wifi password again (as you've just deleted it), once you've put this in it usually connects and fixes the problem.
Hope this helps.
