Router not working and have no idea what to do

Hi tgrstarr,
The internet light is amber which means the router does not have internet connection. Connect your computer first to the modem and make sure it has internet connection. If it has internet connection, follow the KB below.

Phone is iPhone 6s+. I will try when I get home from work. On the router, the one light is orange, where the others are white (see pic). Does this indicate anything?
