router password
If this router ever had a password, its been long forgotten. Nothing seems to work to create a new one. I'd like to create a password. Any help?

If you are talking about the router interface password (as opposed to the wifi password), it should be "password". If someone has changed this, just reset to factory specs.

Oh so true.
The factory defaults are also on the label on the bottom/back of the thing.
Be warned, the WPN824v3 is near on 15 years old, and many generations behind modern standards.
Nothing wrong with it being old, just don't expect too much.
