Router password
When I try to join the netgear network I am asked for my password which I am told is incorrect. I have used this password which was pasted on the router when I purchased it. Now I can't access the nighthawk app because I can't get on the network. Any suggestions?
I am using a iPad.

What actual router do you have?
have you tried hardwiring into the router with a pc/laptop and checking/changing the password?
