Router R7000 keeps going offline

In my app I don’t see an option to do a factory reset. Are you referring to the reset button on the back? Not the power one but a small reset button
I never used the app.
But holding the little reset button for a second of 20 in, wil do a factor reset.
Be sure you know the default logging 😉
