Router significantly slower than modem
I pay for 400mbps. When connected with CAT5e from Mac to modem I get 400mbps. When connected from router with same cable, I’m only getting 150mbps. What’s the deal?

Thank You,
Yes, R7000
FW: 1.0.9.34
This updated through Genie
Did not reboot after update
Traffic meter is enabled
Smart Connect: yes
QoS: unsure. How do I find this?Traffic Meter WILL impact Internet Speed, turn it off unless you MUST have it, but test with it off to confirm full speed.
Some people have had Smart Connect problems... and unless you know the way the device connected you might not know what band (2.4 or 5Ghz) the device was on. One question, is the problem on both bands?
QoS had a tab on the left side to show you QoS settings.

Please confirm -

FW version:
If you upgraded your FW, what method did you use.

Did you reset after update?
If you are using -

Thanks,
I turned the traffic meter off and did not change anything else. Immediately my speed went to 400mbps
