Router to Switches to NAS ?

Depends on the intended network layout. If both switches are near to the router, I would suggest a "star" topology, and connect each switch direct / individually to the router.

Start with only one LAN port of the NAS, typically there is kind of a numbering on the NAS, use #1 to start with. Using multiple network connections for link aggregation requires additional configuration, probably on the NAS, probably on the switch [both links must go to the same switch!] and the NAS.
