Sadly. the on-board test for firmware version isn't always reliable.
The Nighthawk app or a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI) can miss updates, especially when you are a long way behind the latest.
The best way to check is to look at the GUI or the Router Information page in the Nighthawk App and check the firmware version reported there. Then visit the support pages for your device and to look at the library of available updates. There may be a newer version there.
The latest is R7000P-V1.3.3.154_10.1.86. That's what I have.

Feed in your model number and look for firmware for your device.
The release notes should also tell you how to manually update the firmware.
Or read this:

I check the speed from my phone and the router and it around 1/4 of the speed it should be. I check the wired connection on the pc and the speed is exactly what we pay for.
Not sure that I follow how you did the speed test. The Netgear app runs the test between the router and the modem. No wifi involved even though the mobile phone starts it.
True wifi tests will always be slower than a wired test.
As it is, you don’t say enough to tell anything useful about the modem you are using, the speeds you get or those that you pay for. So it is impossible to say of there is a problem of some sort with your R7000P and how it is set up.
The RS200 is certainly a newer router. But it is one of many that may or may not meet your needs better than the older router.
