Actually, the answer is No.
That's because local versions of firmware are rare. They usually apply to everyone everywhere.
Those marketing emails go out from time to time and aren't usually related to a new firmware release. The clue is in the emarketing bit oi the the email address emarketing@e.netgear.com.
