If you need to disable Smart Connect, you'll need a PC and web browser and log into the routers web page and that setting is under Basic tab/Wireless Settings.

Smart Connect is already disabled. Would a factory reset of the router help at all?

What security mode is set on the router?
Might try this, set wifi security to NONE, then see if these devices will connect then. Re-enable WPA2 and AES after checking.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.

I know I have security set to something besides None. Channels in on Auto, for 2.4 and 5 I believe, to set the channel I just select it from the dropdown correct?
