Set up Issues AC4000 Tri-band
I bought this router today. I tried to use the Nighthawk App to set it up. I previously had a AC2100. I had a devil of a time setting it up. It wanted me to login but it said the admin and the passwo...
Well, I got it fixed. I unplugged the modem and the router and waited a minute. Plugged in the modem. Waited for it to boot up. Plugged in the router and attached the yellow cable to the yellow port. Then I uninstalled the Nighthawk app and re-installed. Let it go through the set up and it found my router. Then it wanted me to login but it wouldn't accept my password. But I finally figured out what that password was. So now it shows the correct devide in the app and all the errors are gone.
