Set up

I am in Canada. I just purchased mode AC1200 Dual band wifi range extender. Unable to set it up.

    What extender is it? AC1200 is a speed

    What router are you connecting it to? 

    Are you installing using wps? 

    Where is it failing in the process? Since we aren't there we need details to better help you.

    If you don't have the quick start guide at hand, head to https://netgear.com/support - in the input field type the model number designator for your device. this starts e.g. with EX - there are many different models.

     

     

    Select your model, click on [Documentation] and download both the Installation Guide and the User Manual. Spend some time to study. Follow the advise of the Installation Guide.
