Setting up Dodo

Help setting up Dodo. Switched over to Dodo but the Router has the amber light on the Internet light. Called Dodo support and they got me to put in the login and password (fibre...@dodo.com.au) and then they got me to try the VLAN configuration but that didn't work so they just gave up on me.

Any help is very very much appreciated.

    Let's start here: The config does require a "By VLAN tag group" setting - just edit the VLAN from 10 to 100 - that's the VLAN ID Dodo uses on the Australia NBN FTTN network from what I understand here from Switzerland.

      Thanks, so I have tried this... Editting the default group gives me a 403 forbidden error when I try to change the 10 to 100. And if I just untick the boxes and add a new group it still doesn't work and I can no longer access the config page and I have to factory reset the router.
